¿Quiénes somos?
Historia y Orígenes:
El movimiento bautista surgió en Inglaterra en 1609 con los pastores John Smyth y Thomas Helwys, quienes se exiliaron en Holanda buscando escapar de la persecución y establecer una "iglesia pura". En 1609, bautizaron a los creyentes y fundaron la primera iglesia bautista. A lo largo del tiempo, se diferenciaron de otros grupos protestantes y de los anabaptistas, consolidando sus doctrinas. Roger Williams estableció la primera iglesia bautista en Estados Unidos en 1639.
